Hack the Question
- Semantic Views + Cortex Analyst: Ask questions in plain language against governed definitions.
- Cortex Search: Search reviews, notes, tickets, and filings to find what you're missing.
- AISQL functions: AI_COMPLETE, AI_CLASSIFY, AI_SENTIMENT, AI_SUMMARIZE_AGG, and AI_TRANSLATE, run directly in SQL.
- AI_EXTRACT / AI_PARSE_DOCUMENT: Turn PDFs, forms, and scans into structured data.
- Snowflake Notebooks: Use SQL and Python together for exploration.
- Streamlit in Snowflake / HTML reports: Build the visual layer.

Hack the Grind
- Cortex Agents: Managed agents that plan, call tools, and reflect.
- Cortex Agents coding agent (code_toolset_all): Bash, file editing, SQL, and web search in a managed sandbox.
- Snowflake-managed MCP server: Give agents access to your data and tools without building an integration layer.
- Tasks + Streams: Run work on a schedule or when data changes.
- Dynamic Tables: Build incremental pipelines by defining the output you want.
- Alerts + Notification Integrations: Send an email, Slack, Teams, or webhook message when a person needs to step in.
- Data Metric Functions: Add quality checks for pipeline-reliability projects.
- dbt Projects on Snowflake: Run dbt as a native Snowflake object.
- CoCo skills: Package a workflow as a reusable skill your team can call by name.
- Streamlit in Snowflake: The control panel to approve, edit, trigger, and review.
- Openflow: Connector-based data ingestion.
Hack the Experience
- Streamlit in Snowflake: Fully sufficient to win this track.
- Cortex Agents: Conversational experiences across structured and unstructured data.
- Semantic Views + Cortex Analyst: Answers users can trust because they come from governed definitions.
- Cortex Search: Search policies, catalogs, and docs in plain language.
- AI_TRANSLATE: Serve users in their own language.
- AI_COMPLETE: Personalized copy, explanations, and recommendations.
- Restricted caller's rights in Streamlit: Each user sees only their own data.
- Native Apps with Cortex Agents + MCP: For a product you'd distribute to others.
